PDF Optimizer in Prepress Tools Crashes Acrobat Pro 7
I just got Adobe Creative Suite and am becoming familiar with all the new capabilities. I found that I've run into a problem recently while making a PDF out of InDesign CS and then opening it in Acrobat 7 Pro and attempting to use the PDF Optimizer function. I can set everything up and as soon as I hit the "OK" button, Acrobat crashes and I get a "Report to Apple" dialog box. This has happened numerous times.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Thanks

Re: PDF Optimizer in Prepress Tools Crashes Acrobat Pro 7
I do indeed have the latest version of Norton for Mac OS X. I turned it off and tried to optimize the PDF and it crashed. I restarted the Mac and made sure the Norton app was turned off and successfully made the optimized PDF.
That seemed to do it. Thanks for the tip.
