Thanks if the other several thousand Office 2004 users would post the bug maybe they will at least look at it. whether they choose to fix is another matter.

Re: PDFMaker stops short
I had a similar problem with a 200+ page document I was trying to convert to pdf uisng both Office x SR1 and Office 2004 and Acrobat Pro 6.0.2. Since the document contained over 50 page breaks, I didn't want to have to go through and check them one by one. The easiest solution for me was to transfer the word file to a windows box and convert it (flawlessly) using Office 2000 and Acrobat Pro 6.0.2 for windows. As much as it pained me to have to resort to using windows, it is far and away the easiest way around the problem (if you know someone with Windows AND word AND acrobat pro) which, as a semi-hardcore mac guy, makes me really sad. I hope Adobe fixes the problem soon.

Re: PDFMaker stops short
Actually, I have come to realize this is all a Word problem. As Mark Benson mentioned, it all seems to wrapped up in what kind of Section Breaks one has in a document. I changed some Breaks in my document for other reasons, and suddenly, the document is printing out and converting to pdf as one continuous document.
"Section Break - Next Page" seems to do something to Word to make it split up the printout.
I should have suspected it when the printer divided the document up the same way as Acrobat, I suppose. So I guess I'd better go post on the Word website, eh?
