We are using a piece of IBM software for mapping business processes (WBI Modeller). Despite our process maps appearing at the correct size in the print preview window, once they are PDFed using Acrobat Distiller 5.0 (not the server version, really just Acrobat writer) they will only "print" in the top left hand corner of the page ie. they are completely downsized. We have the same problem using Acrobat Distiller 6.0.

The problem is not solved by downsizing to 600dpi or by setting Acrobat Distiller as the default printer. All other software outputs eg word & excel PDF properly.

I have logged this problem with the WBI software helpdesk, but it has been narrowed down as an Adobe problem given that PDFs were able to be successfully created using Version 4.0 of your software.

Has anything changed between version 4.0 versus 5.0 and 6.0 of your software that would explain this problem?
For your information, we are able to successfully PDF the maps using FineprintPDF Factory.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
