perfectly sharp images?
hi there!
currently work on digital fractal images using the ultra-fractal software. although i usually render the images up to 3000x3000 (300dpi) pixels i find that the output looks rather lifeless - (postprocessed under photoshop) that is, the images "look" blurred (according to resolution it is not). is it possible that, what i am talking about is just a usual digital image issue - what can i do to bring "life" into my images. is it a matter of light?
hope someone can help markus

Re: perfectly sharp images?
Sounds like the prob may be in how those 3000x3000 pixels are being
generated.
I don't know "ultra fractal".
Is it a vector format program that is then rendered to pixels?

Re: perfectly sharp images?
Look at the image in 'actual pixel' view, this will give you an idea of how it will actually output.

Ray,
For best visibility, that probably should have been a new message thread.
