    Export you document to a Indesign exchage format, then open it again in Indesign, replace the 'corrupt' font with any font and it's fixed.

    I had it for ages. Went through loads of unsatisfactory contact with Adobe. Try exporting print styles, etc., then trash CS2 prefs.
