permanently changing a single page view to 2 page spread?

I currently have a PDF with multiple pages as a single-page view. i need to change it to a 2-page spread, or continuous layout - not just for my screen but for anyone who opens the PDF.

realize i can change my own personal Acrobat settings to make it look like this, but i need the file to be like this for everyone who views the file.

what do i do?

Go to file/Document Properties/open options.
Set the options you need and than save the document.

I dont see the open option in properties.I have the same issue.I want everybody to view the 2 page spread rather than single page view.
