permissions problem after site move
I'm trying to setup contribute after the site has been moved to another host.
the host does support contribute. When I try to access any page, I get a
"access denied. the file may not exist or there could be a permission problem"
I have not tested all the files in the site (large site) but every one that i
tried to edit gave me the same error. How can this be fixed?

Every time I upload files onto my site, permissions get messed up.
Every time I upload files onto my site, the permissions are all changed to Forbidden. I know I could manually go in and chmod 755 every single one...
