Disk Explorer Professional http://www.antelopestudios.com/
Simply a full on database with Thumbnail previews for images and great
search facilities.
Hi, What do people in here use/recommend for cataloging photos? I've looked at a few options on the net (Adobe's one, Picasa, ACDSee), but it's hard to get a real feel from a website, and I don't really want to trial every one. I'm leaning towards the Adobe package because Adobe generally make fantastic software, does anyone have any opinions? The package's ability to edit images does not matter, because I'd be using Photoshop to do that anyway. Cheers, Matt...

irfanview - it can do batch renaming and processing, and thumbnailing is bloody
fast!

For cataloging? I would definitely use Picasa (http://www.picasa.net),
it does it all for you and then you can organize via albums and
keywords...
