Photomerge bug?
I am having a problem with Photomerge in CS: I have 7 images in the File Browser, and have numbered them and set them up correctly for the photomerge. Actually, the first time I called up the dialog box, Photoshop merged the images perfectly, but I decided to add another image, so I cancelled the process. Now, when I try again, the images are merged randomly--i.e., they are not merged in order! Yes, I can switch them around myself on the lightbox to get them into the correct order, but that's not what should happen! Why is this happening. I have tried quitting PS, and restarting, but it still won't merge the pictures correctly as it did the first time. Is this a known bug?

photomerge "command" error
Did you try deleting the Elements preference folder? Always give that a try before an uninstall/reinstall for problems like this. It's a good first... -
Could Not Complete Photomerge
Well.....I have a little problem. I was trying to create a Photomerge in order to try to answer a question from another thread, and it goes through... -
Photomerge failure
Have you tried deleting the Elements Preferences folder? That's always a good first line of defense when something that used to work correctly quits.... -

Trash your preferences and start over.

Re: Photomerge bug?
Okay, Wade--I tried that--but got the same problem. I can get the merge to work with 3 or 4 images, but when I try to use more than that, Photoshop seems to choke, and scramble them. Has anyone tried to use this feature with more than 3 or 4 images? I am actually trying to recreate a 360 degree panorama. Maybe I'm just asking too much, but I hadn't even tried to create the whole thing yet--just about half of it.
