Photoshop Color Problems
Hi, I'm reposting this from another online group. A friend of mine is having a problem with her colors.
"Why is it that when I open images in PShop, anything that's pink is looking very orange? It's not my monitor, because when I open in MS Paint, they look right. I'm not doing anything to the images, but when I send them back to the person who sent them to me in the first place, the colors are different. Why would Photoshop be changing my colors on me?"
Thank in advance for any advice you can offer. :-)

Re: Photoshop color problems
Go to the start menu > search > files and folders and type in Adobe Gamma. Click on Adobe Gamma loader.
You did calibrate your monitor and created a profile, right?

Re: Photoshop color problems
Ed,
Loader only LOADS a monitor profile created via Adobe Gamma, and, as it is
normally in the startup folder, should never need manually activating. It
sounds as though sushgirl has not created a valid monitor profile in the
first place....
