Photoshop CS printer blind OSX help

My photoshop cs cannot see printer I uninstalled and reinstalled new drivers for printer (Canon i320) on OSX 2.8 . Admin can not see it, root can. very strange also that Acrobat sees it from Admin.

After you backup your data, try the normal maintenance stuff and see if it clears in a Spare User...

Print Center remove it from the printer list and then added it back if you want you can restart the computer before adding it back to the list.

None of those helped, I tryed before. it was permissions problem. there's a shareware app printcenterrepair.app that fixed permissions in print centre, now all is fine.
