no you need to get the dutch version. call adobe customer svc. and maybe they'll swap it for you. they do cross platform (mac to win to mac) that way.

How do you save a Photoshop CS file to and older version of Photoshop?
I got CS and I love it but I can't figure out how to save a photoshop file down to an older version of photoshop. -

with the cross platform conversion, they send you a form that you sign and send back, stating you'll destroy you (for example) pc version. THen if it's the same version, they'll send you the mac verision and retire the pc version serial #. I think the cost is just shipping. If it's an older version (not current, ie, not version 7 for now) you'll have to purchase and upgrade. They send you a full version for the upgrade price, if that's the case...
Not sure if they do this for different languages too, but hey, it's worth a shot! It can't hurt to ask!

Keep in mind, though, that usually foreing languages versions are more expensive than the english one. contact adobe.nl for more information.
But remember that most online tutorials are made in English, and that the corrective patches are out in English months before the other versions...
