I'm on IDCS2 4.0 on Tiger.

Background - For our catalogs I need to skew a Quark EPS onto a 3/4 view of a 3D desk calendar.
(a page from a desktop calendar onto a photo of last year's calendar leaning back on it's stand). The shape I need to make the new calendar page is shorter on one side than the other, so that the angles of the four corners are different. Something like this:

Problem - Using ID's Shearing tool I can skew the 4 points of the frame correctly but the image doesn't change. When I try to skew the content it only shears equally.

I've been doing this in PhotoShop for a couple of years, but the calendar pages have small p.5 lines and when they get rasterized and skewed the lines get very jagged and I have to pull the whole thing into Illustrator and redraw all the lines!

Any ideas?
