    Default photoshop won't work??

    hello everyone,
    I've just installed PSD 5.5 and when I opened file I recieved a message:"...photoshop has caused an error KERNEL32.dll and will closed.."
    I didn't know what happen with my system :(
    Would you tell me what right I can do!?

    Thanks for your kindness,
    I'm using Win ME; 4.3Gb Hardisk;
    NVIDIA 32Mb video card; 128Mb memory.
    I tried to install PSD 6.0 & 7.0 but recieved the same result :(

    Put the win me disk in the drive and (if autorun is on) the welcome screen will come up. Choose setup. Just overwrite what's there.
