Default PHP form to email extensions??

Sorry for asking and i am a touch embarassed as the answer must bre so easy.

I created a form using dreamweaver and validated all of the areas within the
    software.

Obviously once i uploaded the page i can submit it as often as i like but
without the correct PHP or extensions(???) on my hosts sever its' not going to
    ever work!

Does anyone know what i need to do to have my form on my website which also
allows visitors to upload their files can then be sent to me via email

Im not sure if there are any dreamweaver extensions that i can buy that can
allow me to do this or i need a simple PHP script.

I'd be very grateful of any help that you can give.

    Regards

It should be located in the Server Behaviors panel (Window > Server Behavior). Click the + button in that panel to look for it there.
