PHP layout - help wanted

Who would like to help me in making a nicer layout for my PHP-file
I have i php file buth the layout isn't what i would like.
Dont know much abou php so i need some help.

Who is so kind to make my page look nicer and modern?

this isnt really a php question more of a web design question, you may get a
better response in a html / design newsgroup

Well, have a look at [url]www.w3schools.com[/url] and check out their css (cascade
style sheets) page. It's not a design page, but has a number of hints on how
to use CSS , have a look and you'll definitely get an idea of what you can
do to your current layout.
