PhpMyAdmin question: What does it mean when the field name has a dashed underline? - MySQL

Sorry if this is obvious to someone - I've just spent 20 minutes googling around for the answer. I created a bunch of new columns by throwing some sql at my table, and many, but not all, of the field names have a dashed underline in phpMyAdmin. What does it mean? Thanks! Aerik...

(from my memory of a long time ago)
I think it means you defined a comment for that field and it is
PhpMyAdmin's polite way to show you can "hover" your mouse over it and
    read it.

    Best regards.

I think it means that those columns comprise all or part of the
    primary key
