    QuickTime Player itself can import images and turn them into a movie if
    you have a Pro key and name your files with frame numbers.

    Use "Import Image Sequence". Once you have done so, you can export the
    resulting movies to any output format QuickTime supports (ie, Sorenson,
    MPEG-4, etc).

    Other apps may do it better, but Graphic Converter certainly will do it.
