    Default pictures, graphics, and background

    I've uploaded my Publisher web page and the background,
    the pictures, and the graphics do not show up. How do I
    fix this?

    You inly uploaded/published your index page by the sounds of things.. I did this first too.. you need yo upload your "index_files" to your webpage/server
