Default Pitstop 7.03 crashes Acrobat Pro 7

I've just upgraded Pitstop from v6 to 7.03. However, when running a non-certified pitstop profile, Acrobat crashes during the report generation. There are no error messages, it all just quits.

Worryingly, I also installed the upgrade on my other Mac without fully checking that it works (stupid, I know) and that does exactly the same!

Both Macs are running OS X 10.4.8, Acrobat Pro 7.0.9 and are G4's (Quicksiler and iMac).

    Any help gratefully recieved.

    Thanks

    I strongly recommend contacting Enfocus.

Thanks, Aandi, I already have and am waiting for a reply.

I was hoping that someone on here would be able to point me in the right direction before they get back to me (they're saying up to 48 hours for a response).

For the time being, change your Enfocus preferences to the NAVIGATOR
view (processing panel) to see if you can bypass the immediate preflight
    report ...

Otherwise, you might want to export any older profiles from the
database, remove all instances of the ENFOCUS PREFS (/library and
/usr/library) and then try again ...

    Cheers!
