Pixelation/posterization?
Hello:
I don't know which is the correct term for what I wish to do, but any
ideas on how to create a pixelated border on an area with a solid fill,
which fades to the background colour, in Illustrator (CS for Mac)? I
guess I could do this in Photoshop, but would prefer to do it as a
scalable vector graphic.
I'd be happy to buy a plugin or action, if necessary.
