    Default PK and Default

It is not elegant, but you could script out the tables
from server1, create in server2, and the have DTS append
the data. If you update daily, truncate the tables and
reappend or select data to transfer/append based on an
    identity column.

    Thank you, Fred
I can manually fix this problem, but I hoped that there are some settings
preventing losing PK and Defaults. Creating script through Generate SQL
Script also loses PK and Defaults so I have manually edit it.

you must have missed one part.
ie click on "options" tab and under "table scripting options"
    check "Script primary key, default....'
