Place InDesign page as a graphic in new InDesign doc. - Adobe Indesign Macintosh

(cs2 - 4.04) Greetings, I have an InDesign poster. k + 1 pms. It contains 2 legacy eps files (very simple k + 1 pms, (converted) text on a field logos). I would like to use this poster, reduced, as a display ad in another publication. Back in PageMaker days, I would just print to disk as an EPS file and place that. But now. the correct way would be to export as (press-quality) pdf and place that, correct? Will that separate correctly into k + 1 pms (the pms is the same in all of the files, here) on ...

    Greetings,

I have an InDesign poster.

Will that separate correctly into k + 1 pms (the pms is the same in all of the files, here) on the new doent.

Thanks, apologies in advance if too elementary.

Why don't you just try it? You can find a Separation Preview Palette in the Windows Menu to check.

    It should work.
