Default Placed EPS won't "bring to front" in ID CS 3.0.1

I'm placing an eps file of a logo (that I've used many times in the past in ID 2.0) in IDCS 3.0.1. I have an object that I drew in Indesign and I am trying to place the logo in front of the object. I am able to do it with many other logos in this document, but not this particular logo.

    Any ideas why?

    Thanks!

Make sure your logo isn't on a lower layer.
