Placing a pdf in inDesign with more than one page
How do I place 2nd, 3rd, etc. pages of a Acrobat pdf document in indesign? I can place the first page, but I don't see where I can select any pages after that.
Thanks.

Re: Placing a pdf in inDesign with more than one page
There's a check box for show options when placing the PDF. Make sure to
check that and a whole new world will open up to you.

Re: Placing a pdf in inDesign with more than one page
Holding down the shift key while double clicking the file will keep Show Options from popping up every time you go to place something.

You could use pdf multipage import plug-in. A real time saver!
