PLEASE HELP! Missing some tools in the TOOL WINDOW
I have AI 10, window 2000. I recently installed the software, but I have 3 tools missing in the Tool Window Box that pops up on the left of the screen. Literally, there are three empty spots. Anyone know what's up with this?

....try deleting the aiprefs file. Check out the FAQ for the instructions.
