I don't believe that you can import HTML inside a Flash movie, perhaps you
want to use the get URL function to a targeted frame or call the html page
via JavaScript. You may organize all your page content through the use of
Tables in HTML and you can insert content into these tables with the content
center-aligned.

<p align = "center"> content.//// flash movie.... blah blah ... </p>

good luck to you,

1. you can display html formatted text inside a flash text field. copy your
html formatted text into a text field. see this article:
http://www.macromedia.com/support/flash/ts/documents/htmltext.htm

2. create a table of 100% width by 100% height inside your html page then
align your flash movie centrally within it using the appropriate tags. this
is a html/dreamweaver question not a flash one.

for question #2

You can go to publish settings and click the HTML tab

In the dimensions list select percent, put 100 for both width and height.

In flsh alignment, select centered for both.

This will create an HTML page for you in which the .swf file will appear full screen
