Hi,
I am looking for a Flex 3 book. I am interested in understanding particularly:
MXML, and where and when to use it over AS and its full capabilities
Flex Data Services, the different types of mechanisms for integrating with the
server-side, and when each should be used.

I agree Flex 3 Training from the source although I started with lynda.com. Depends on if you learn better watching training vides vs. reading.
