Why is Fireworks MX suddenly asking me to register again?

And then after I go through the registration process, it asks me again the
NEXT time I launch the application. This happens no matter how many times I
register. Annoying doesn't even cover it. Guess I should check my other MM
apps now. Grrrrrr...

I actually remembered to include the version (MX) in my original post ;o).

I just relaunched and registered after signing on as a user with
Administrative Rights. That seems to have solved it, but I would still love
to know exactly what precipated the whole re-register dance as it cascaded
down to Dreamweaver too. Quite strange...
