Plug-in support is missing

    Default Plug-in support is missing

We've recently switched to InDesign CS2 and have had two of our suppliers come back to us and tell us that they get an error when they try to open up the files we've supplied....any ideas

The message box is as follows:
Cannot open the file "XXXX.indd". Adobe InDesign may not support the file format, a plug-in that supports the file format may be missing, or the file may be open in another application.

Please help if you have experienced this before.

    Thanks

It's almost certain that they are using InDesign CS, not CS2.

So, are you actually using any third-party plugin?

If you'd like to zip or stuff one such file, and send it to me, I'll try opening it in CS2 on both Mac and Windows. (Click my name for the address).
