I suppose you are working in CS2 (it would be nice if you followed the post instructions at the top of the forum). In that case, there is only one way to get rid of the unavailable plugin data:

    1. Export the file as INX (InDesign Interchange).
    2. Open this INX file.

The unavailable plugin data will no longer be there.

    Hi
I have Adobe Creative Suite Premium, my work uses (CS2). When I try to open a CS2 Doc I get please upgrade your plug-ins to their latest Versions. In the top box has InDesign Content Manager.
What can I do to fix this problem so I can Open CS2 Doc.
    Thanks for any Help

Best bet is to upgrade to CS2 at home.

Absent that, update to CS 3.0.1 (838) and export INX files from work.
But don't expect the files to make a round trip with advanced features
    intact.
