PM Power Paste equivalent?
I'm just learning ID CS after 10 years of PageMaker. I've searched all over the forums and ID's help section, but can't find this...
Is there an equivalent in ID to PageMaker's powerpaste (ctrl-alt-v)?
I really want to be able to copy elements and have them paste in the exact same coordinates on another page or the same page. I know you can copy and paste coordinates from the control pallette, but isn't there a simple keystroke combination to achieve this simple feature?
Thanks,
Courtney

Re: PM Power Paste equivalent?
ctrl-alt-shift-v probably.
Personally, I prefer PM's shortcut so I always swap the shortcuts ffor paste into and paste in place.

Paste in Place. I'm with you on this and have gone so far as to change
the keyboard shortcut to ctrl+v.

Re: PM Power Paste equivalent?
Yes, it is ctrl-alt-shift-v.
Good idea, I am going to change my shortcut too. I don't like pressing so many buttons just to paste in place.
