Ok, one way with 5.0 is the Quite Revealing plug-in (from my company;
free demo available [url]http://www.quite.com/[/url]).
This will show you "plates" in a PDF, but also C,M,Y,K and separately
RGB, Lab colour. You can get a list, and view where the colours are
used.
