POINTER SET ON THE FIRST RECORD - ASP.NET Data Grid Control

when I make an update to a sql database my window form set the pointer in the first record then to proceed with other record in the data grid I need to click the first record and put it in the next record on the data grid How do I set the pointer in the respective record with out the need to click on it to unlock the data grid and proceed with the next I dont want the user to click the record to unlock the data grid to proceed to the next record on the data grid any ...

    Default POINTER SET ON THE FIRST RECORD

    when I make an update to a sql database my window form set the pointer in
    the first record then
    to proceed with other record in the data grid I need to click the first
    record and put it in the next record on the data grid

    How do I set the pointer in the respective record with out the need to
    click on it to unlock the data grid and proceed with the next

    I dont want the user to click the record to unlock the data grid to proceed
    to the next record on the data grid

    Whether your datagrid is in web form or windows form?
