Default Pop Menu Magic...pixel level control of menus?

Anyone using this know if I can move sub-menus around a bit? I want my drop
down sub menus to move up about 10 pixels, and over to the left about 10. I've
messed around with the settings in the PMM window, but it does not effect
anything in my browsers. Site in question is: http://209.8.235.5/~templedi/
