Pop Up Menu Target Frame Problem - Macromedia Fireworks

I have created a rather large pop up menu in Fireworks MX. My site consists of two frames: one that has the pop up menu navigation bar and the second from wich I want to be the target of all the links from the pop up menu bar. The problem I have is figuring out how to make the ref. to the second from in the 'target' field of the pop up menus in Fireworks MX. I've tried a bunch of combinations but all I get is the target link either opening in a new window or the same window ...

    Ben,

    If you follow the instructions on technote 16648, adapting the names of the frames to your particular case, you will make it work too.

    Once you adjust the position for the menu(s) to be displayed, you will notice that they don't go away when you move the mouse out of them. The technote doesn't cover this issue, but here is the trick to make it work:

    In my particular case, I have no actions for mousedown, so my code for one of the menus looks like ->
    <a href="#" onMouseOut="MM_nbGroup('out');parent.displayarea.M M_startTimeout();" onMouseOver="parent.displayarea.MM_showMenu(parent .displayarea.mm_menu_0428080256_0,1,197,null,'r6_c 2_r6_c2');MM_nbGroup('over','r6_c2_r6_c2','menuima ges/r6_c2_r6_c2_f2.jpg','menuimages/r6_c2_r6_c2_f3.jpg',1);">

    where displayarea id the name of the frame where I want the menu to be displayed. Now, to "clear", at mouseout, the area where the menu was displayed you need to modifiy the MM_startTimeout funtcion on mm_menu.js to replace all occurances of window by parent.displayarea too.

    I know I replyed in a short, quick way. I'm assuming that you can do all steps in the refered technote.

    Pedro
