POP up menus disappear

I been experimenting with the POP UP MENU behaviour in DW with some success.
Only difficulty I have had is with getting the pop up menu to stay open. I have
disabled the checkbox in the POSTION TAB to 'HIDE MENU ONMOUSEOUT EVENT'

How can I get the menu to stay open on the page? You can see this at this url:

upon loading the page, the PRODUCTS menu will drop down, but if you click on
the page it disappears and will reappear if you mouseover the PRODUCTS label. I
would like the menu to stay open at all times.
