pop up menus in dreamweaver

I have a couple differant images on my page I am going to make a menu out of. I applyed a pop up menu to one. Then when I applyed a pop up menu to the next one, it changes the one I did before to the one I just did, so I have to differant pop up menus with the same thing. I tried to change the other back to what it was it chaged the other to the same. How do I seperate these or fix this?

Dump the pop-ups and do it manually. As with frames, you have no idea the
horrors that lie in wait for you with these pop-up 'devices.'
