I'm just starting out. How long should it take to develop a website with DW,
when my client only wants 3 to 4pages and a database for a enewsletter and an
online registration form? Just need a professional guestimate.....

What are your skills at HTML/CSS/Server-scripting?
If zero, then the timeline would be 1 year.
If expert then the timeline would be several hours to a day.
