Position Absolute (CSS) in IE and Firefox
:confused;
I don't know if my problem is (a) a CSS issue/mistake (b) a discrepancy
between browsers or (c) an issue with the PVII ShowPic extension, so here we
are. (And I know the PVII folks hang out here.) I have a series of ShowPic
galleries that display differently in IE6 and Firefox 1.5. I can't tell if the
image sizes shift, or if the browsers treat the position absolute differently,
or what. Here's the link: http://kdgpc.com/lynnhavencove-06.htm The client
likes the look, but things like browser preferences; ie text size will mess it
up. Is there any other reason that things shift a bit? Here's the link to the

Re: Position Absolute (CSS) in IE and Firefox
Hi, Murray. No, I haven't, because I'm not sure it's a PVII thing. Normally,
their ShowPic works like a charm. But, in this case, I've moved the layer1
around to meet the client's desires and can't see how I would have effected the
extension. However, I'll do that to see if the PVII folks have anything to
add. The offset is only about 10px and it's all vertical.
Thanks,
Karl
