Possible for another user to publish draft???
We have a company website that has several "users" that edit various pages.
One of those users is no longer with the company but his account has alot of
drafts that we need transferred to another user. Is that possible? Do I just
delete all the lck files and then have the new user open the files? Or will
that screw everything up? I am an administrator on the server, as well as all
the websites that are being published to so I have access to everything, just
not sure what to do to ensure that I don't lose any of the drafts.
Thanks!

Re: Possible for another user to publish draft???
Hi,
If the drafts were sent for review to that person, then we can change the
owner of the draft, by launching the Manage sent drafts console. Also we can
change the status of the draft by removing it from the workflow by performing
an Undo Checkout. The Manage sent draft console can be lanched from Edit -->
Administer Websites --> Manage Sent Drafts. Select a draft and change the owner
of the same.
If the drafts were created by the user by editing a page, without being sent
for review to him, then delete the lock file.
hope this helps
