Possible to "Save As"?

We have created a sample file to help users create a particular Web page. When
you open and edit that page file in Contribute, the program does not allow you
to use Save As to give it a new name, and thus preserve the file for others.
THe Save As command is grayed out.

Is there a way to accomplish this? Is there a better way? Should we have
created a template instead?

If you have administrator rights

1. Go to Edit, Administer websites, pick your website
2. Go to Users and Roles, pick your role
3. Go to New Pages, check the 'Create a new page by copying any page on the
website'

Hello,

I realize this is an old post but I just found it and it is discussing exactly
what my problem is. I am hoping someone will still be around to answer.

I set the user roles and I still cannot use the save as option. It is greyed
out. I have tried when editing and after it is saved.

Any more ideas?

I am using Contribute 3.11.
