Does somebody has a solution to convert powerpoint presentations to flash ?

You'd have to recreate them in Flash; there's no easy way, but you may want
to take some time to study the screens-feature in the latest release,
which - once you master the ;-) - should enable one to do relatively easy
presentations in Flash.

There are 2 products that come to mind, Articulate Presenter and
PowerConverter. Both convert power point to flash.
