    Just do this:

    pkgadd -d gcc-3.3-sol9-sparc-local

    Hope that helps.

Just tip, checkout http://www.bolthole.com for pre-compiled
packages which has a very neat way of installing software.

The good thing about pkg-get(http://www.bolthole.com) is that if any
software depends on a other software then that software is also
    installed by itself.

Depending on your system's settings, it may be

    pkgadd -d ./gcc-3.3-sol9-sparc-local
