Preflight Automate

Hi All,

There is lot of Preflighting options in Acrobat 8.

Is their any way to automate this using Acrobat SDK? or any other method.

Please help us on this?

There is no way to automate preflight in Acrobat 8. However, you can create preflight droplets for specific profiles and then call those externally.

Acrobat 9, however, does support automation of some of Preflight's features via JavaScript.

We are using the droplet method and calling it externally but some files are getting skipped while processing.

I have downloaded Acrobat 9 and SDK, checked the option for running preflight feature. Could not find any option. Can you please help on this.

The documentation for preflight automation in Acrobat 9 has not been finalized or released yet. Look for it to be included with the next release of the SDK.
