    Default Preload external files

    Hi, I need some help:

I have created a director executable file that holds a flash SWF file, that
SWF file loads external JPG images to display on screen (like a slideshow), but
I just noticed that when the flash file loads the image and whants to display
it, it have a minimal time to load it (the proyector is running on a hard disk
with 7200rpm), that causes that between images I see a black screen.

That strange thing doesn't happen when I see the flash directly, without using
the director executable to hold the flash file. I think that's a problem with
the "flash xtra" that slows down things, but... there is some way to do it
better? preloading the external JPGs or something??

    thanks!

Why not just import the jpeg files directly into director instead of into a flash that is in director? Seem like your letting the tail wag the dog.
