    Default Pricing site designs

hi i was wondering if anyone could give me some help.

i want to start my own business in the UK, its a web site design business for
small companies. im not sure how much to charge or even how to break down all
the costs involved. at the minute it takes me no time to build a small site
but im just not sure what to charge.

im also not sure how to handle the web space and domain names. do i buy new
space and databases for each client or provide some of my space? if the client
uses a domain name from say easily.co.uk do they own the name? or are they just
    renting it?

    any help would be great

    thanks in advance

(Desired annual income)/(number of hours in a work year) = Price/hour

    (price/hour) x (hours/site) = Price/site

    Like that.

Web space is not included in this analysis, so it could be added to the
invoice as a separate line item.

When you do the calculation, take the final number and compare it to what a)
you think you're worth, and b) what the local market can bear in your
demographic. If either of these are out of balance, then consider another
    moving demographics, or another profession.

I invoice the client my hourly rate times the hours spent on the site (or
    the hours agreed to beforehand).
