print custom page in the middle of a letter size paper

I have a custom size page 3x5 inch. Dotted line of Letter size print borders covers left side of my image. How do i force my custom page to be printed in the middle of a letter size paper?

The dotted line is your printable area as set by your printer's Driver and can't be changed in size by Illustrator. However where that printable area is set can be adjusted by using the Page Tile tool, which is located in the Grab Hand pull out in the Tool box. Give that a try. You can't increast the printable area, but can move the printable area to cover what part of your custom layout will print there.
