Print Date Problem
Hi,
I am a PC user and have incorporated a document javascript that updates the print date at the bottom of the page to the current date. The problem is that a Macintosh user in the company is not getting current print dates. Any idea what the problem may be? Perhaps she needs to download a java applet or something (I am clueless!). Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Print Date Problem
Toby,
Perhaps Javascript has been turned off. Some people do that.

Re: Print Date Problem
Yes more and more people are doing that, either they don't know how to use it, and/or they are bombarded on email groups or the Manufacturers of web browsers and email/newsreader to avoid Javascript as it perceived as almost as dangerous as Active-X on PC's.
It seems because of all the Spam, and Malware out on the internet. nothing can be trusted. anything with good intent to begin with can be twisted into something dangerous either accidentally, or on purpose with people of evil intent. :-(
