Print forms only in Reader
Hi
is it possible to somehow produce a pdf with forms and then print the forms only in Reader? The option to print forms only isn´t available in rreader, only in Acrobat. Workaround?

Mike,
I think the OP is referring to the ability to print just the form fields, as opposed to the form fields and the underlying page contents. I didn't know this was unavailable in Reader...

If a form cannot be printed, then the issue is one of permissions, not
application. Any pdf can be printed if permissions allow.

Reader doesn't have the option to print form fields only. Workaround:
Acrobat Pro. Too expensive: Acrobat Standard on Windows.

Hi,
Not sure if you have found a workaround, but in Acrobat Pro you can right-click the toolbar on the left side of the screen and click on content. Expand the list that shows for the page and then simply delete the background. Then just save as a PDF and in reader all that will be shown is a blank page and the highlighted fields (just make sure the user clicks the highlight fields button).
The only downside is that they would have to reference the form page they are filling out so they know which fields they are filling in.
